OPEN MAY - SEPTEMBER INCLUSIVE

The Lido first opened in 1933 and since then has been described as an oasis in the heart of Guildford, the 50 metre pool and landscaped gardens retaining much of their 1930s charm.

The weather shouldn't be a deterrent as the water is heated to a minimum of 74 F/23 C so even in a traditional British summer you can take the plunge and enjoy a swim in the beautifully clean water; paddling pools and water slides provide additional entertainment. Rolling lawns cater for lazy summer picnics, alternatively light refreshments may be purchased from the caf�.

Situated in Stoke Park, next to Guildford College, the lido has free parking.

The Lido is usually open each summer between May and September. However, this year due to refurbishment, will open late July.

Private Hire
The Lido is available during the summer season for private hire during closed hours. The venue has been used to host events such as outdoor concerts to informal parties and B-B-Q's For further information on hire fees please contact the Manager.

Clubs
The Lido provides facilities for various water sports such as swimming, canoeing, triathlon and scuba diving. For further information and details on these club activities please contact the Manager
