Onslow House - Progress is being made on the redevelopment of Onslow House above the Bedford Road car park to provide approximatley 90,000 sq ft of new offices. Completion scheduled for February 2003. The Guildway - The second and final phase of AMEC Developments Guildway scheme has been completed and offers a building of 20,464 sq ft with 116 car spaces and the site also adjoins the new Artington Park and Ride.
